About This Role
- Support tracking of product performance metrics, client deliverables, and operational workflows ensuring accountability.
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and monitor progress toward product or client milestones with Product Operations leadership.
- Develop and maintain documentation, dashboards, and reports to enhance transparency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in product operations, business operations, or project coordination; healthcare industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Salesforce) preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship not available.
