About This Role
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of home loan transactions including disbursements, closures, payment allocation, and account updates within agreed timelines and SLAs.
- Manage workflows, reporting, and quality checks to support daily operational targets and customer service delivery.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, support team training, and act as backup for the Production Lead to maintain operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in home lending operations handling loan accounts, disbursement, closure, and payment processing.
- Graduate qualification in Business Management or a related field.
- Work location is Bengaluru with flexible work hours requiring login between 1 AM to 5 AM IST.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in home lending operations.
