About This Role
- Manage end-to-end sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and procurement governance specifically aligned to global clinical portfolio priorities and study requirements.
- Lead supplier evaluations, negotiations, contract lifecycle activities, and ensure compliance with procurement governance including KPI reviews and issue resolution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Medical, Legal, Finance, and other teams to align contracts, budgets, and supplier deliverables supporting clinical development timelines and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in procurement or sourcing within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, clinical development, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage sourcing, contracting, and supplier relationships with governance and issue management.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, India with hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated procurement processes with knowledge of GxP and compliance standards in clinical development contexts.
- Proficient in supplier evaluations including pricing, rate cards, and commercial terms to support budget and negotiation strategies.
- Skilled in collaborating with global cross-functional teams across geographies and cultures, particularly in matrixed environments, and supporting India-based execution.
