Senior AI/Data Science Engineer

Develop and deploy advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions primarily for the Commercial domain to solve complex business challenges.

Lead end-to-end AI product delivery processes including ideation, production, lifecycle management, and embedding solutions into business operations for measurable impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, data engineers, architects) and mentor data scientists to ensure quality, innovation, and responsible AI practices.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, AI, or machine learning.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost), MLOps practices, and experience with cloud/analytics platforms like Snowflake.

Experience with generative AI including LLM-based applications, production-grade AI application development, and stakeholder management in a global, cross-functional setting.

Experienced in translating complex business needs into reliable, scalable AI-enabled products in commercial or healthcare-related domains.

Skilled in leading both the technical delivery and strategic aspects of AI initiatives, including AI governance and responsible AI.

Capable of guiding teams and influencing stakeholders through strong strategic thinking, technical excellence, and effective communication.
