About This Role
- Develop and deploy advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions primarily for the Commercial domain to solve complex business challenges.
- Lead end-to-end AI product delivery processes including ideation, production, lifecycle management, and embedding solutions into business operations for measurable impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product owners, data engineers, architects) and mentor data scientists to ensure quality, innovation, and responsible AI practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, AI, or machine learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost), MLOps practices, and experience with cloud/analytics platforms like Snowflake.
- Experience with generative AI including LLM-based applications, production-grade AI application development, and stakeholder management in a global, cross-functional setting.
