About This Role
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow AIOps and Event Management solutions including alert ingestion, correlation, and noise reduction.
- Integrate and optimize ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, AppDynamics using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Build and enhance platform capabilities using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub following best practices and governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 5.5+ years of work experience in ServiceNow AIOps, Event Management, and ITOM.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Integration Hub.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools and strong understanding of ITOM processes.
