Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions primarily within SPM and CSM modules across global teams and multiple locations.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications including customizations using scripting languages like Jelly and AngularJS.
Ensure adherence to development standards, conduct component integration testing, troubleshoot platform issues, and support platform upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules, including Service Portal and integrations.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
ITIL knowledge preferred; experience in ITOM, GRC, or HRSD modules is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions.
Skilled in scripting and customization (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Jelly Scripting, AngularJS) to tailor the platform to business requirements.
Able to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
