Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Demonstrated expertise in enterprise ITOM solutions on ServiceNow with strong focus on CMDB architecture and governance.
Experienced in integrating CMDB with cloud, infrastructure, and monitoring tools (Azure, AWS, VMware, SCCM, Active Directory).
Capable of leading technical discussions and mentoring development teams in a cross-functional IT environment.
