Work Location: Hyderabad. Ability to work 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. IST Monday to Friday; flexible hours as per business needs.
Experienced leader capable of managing and scaling a large controllership team (~50 accounting professionals), including senior management.
Strong collaborater and influencer skilled at working cross-functionally with finance, tax, treasury, global business services and other stakeholders in a complex global matrix.
Demonstrated expertise in finance transformation, process improvement, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and remote transition initiatives in a multinational context.
