Strong knowledge and experience in RTR, close processes, balance sheet governance, US GAAP, SOX controls, audit support, and internal controls in a multinational matrixed environment.
Work location: Hyderabad, India; work hours 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST Monday to Friday; able to work across time zones as needed.
Experienced senior controllership leader with deep technical accounting expertise and proven ability to manage large global teams and complex matrixed stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated capability in leading finance transformation initiatives involving process standardization, automation, and system implementations (e.g., SAP).
Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment driving transition and scale, with strong governance mindset and business partnership skills.
