Advanced proficiency in OneStream, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact across organizational levels.
Experienced accountant/controller with strong expertise in multi-entity financial reporting and US GAAP compliance within large matrix/global organizations.
Able to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including FP&A, RTR, and technical accounting.
Proven track record leading finance teams and coaching stakeholders to improve financial control and business acumen.
