About This Role
- Translate requirements into development tasks and user stories for backend and frontend teams.
- Deliver high-quality software for pension products, ensuring full development lifecycle including documentation, unit testing, and test automation.
- Collaborate with global development teams to support business growth and technology objectives in pension services.
Minimum Requirements
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or similar.
- 5+ years of experience in Java backend and JavaScript frontend development.
- 3+ years experience with Spring Framework (Spring Batch / Spring Boot), JEE, Servlets, and JPA (Hibernate).
- Strong SQL skills with Oracle or PostgreSQL; experience with Cloud native tech (Microservices, containers) and DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing REST APIs and distributed architectures with emphasis on quality and best practices.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, supporting collaborative, iterative development.
- Preferably 2+ years in financial services domain with fullstack expertise including React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and unit/integration testing.
