About This Role
- Own end-to-end reporting needs for a dedicated business unit within a lean global reporting team.
- Design and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards using Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Python, and Power BI to support fact-based decision-making.
- Lead reporting strategy from concept to implementation and collaborate with IT and Data Governance teams to ensure seamless data flow and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 4+ years relevant experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Fabric development, including SQL and Python for notebooks, ETL/ELT, and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in Power BI data visualization and reporting; comfortable working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (implied by job location).
