About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Build and support cloud-native solutions on AWS including services like EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and implement containerized deployments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout SDLC and participate in Agile processes to deliver features, improve performance, and enhance engineering processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of professional experience in Java (8+) development focusing on backend engineering and microservices.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST API design, and AWS cloud services including containerization and CI/CD.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Location flexibility: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, or Chennai; Shift timings 11 AM - 8 PM IST or 2 PM - 11 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing high-level service boundaries and managing data consistency in microservices architecture with strong security and performance considerations.
- Skilled in cloud-native Java application deployment using AWS managed services and container orchestration (EKS/Kubernetes).
- Capable of working directly with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to clarify requirements, solve complex problems, and independently drive tasks to completion in Agile environments.
