About This Role
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain software solutions for products and systems, focusing on RFID Embedded system firmware.
- Lead system integration of software and hardware ensuring consistent performance and program reliability, including code reviews and debugging.
- Mentor junior personnel, develop documentation, and work independently while managing multiple priorities with up to 15% travel and hybrid work flexibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years strong development experience in Java or C/C++ with focus on Android/Linux and RFID Embedded system firmware.
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
- 2-5 years relevant software engineering experience (3+ years with Advanced Degree).
- Strong debugging skills required; able to work with minimal supervision.

- Experienced in software architecture, system-level programming, and adoption of GenAI in Software Development Lifecycle.
- Able to lead code reviews, improve software/firmware designs, and integrate new technologies effectively.
