About This Role
- Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable web and API automation frameworks using Selenium with Java, Karate, and ReadyAPI/SoapUI.
- Drive automation strategy, execution, and integration with CI tools like GitHub Actions and Jenkins across multiple releases to improve quality and coverage.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide automation status and quality metrics to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-12 years of Quality Engineering experience with expertise in Selenium with Java and API automation tools such as Karate and ReadyAPI/SoapUI.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or related field.
- Experience with CI/CD integration including GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
- Work Experience Required: 9-12 years in Quality Engineering as Senior SDET/Senior Automation Test Engineer.

- Strong technical leadership with framework ownership and mentoring abilities for junior automation engineers.
- Proven experience collaborating with developers, architects, product owners, and clients to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
