Sr Engineer - Compute Virtualization

Design, build, and operate scalable, resilient compute and private cloud infrastructure using Go and Linux virtualization technologies.

Develop and maintain microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and automation workflows to support infrastructure provisioning and operational workflows.

Ensure platform availability, performance, and failure recovery through observability tools and production issue troubleshooting.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of software/platform engineering experience including software development and cloud infrastructure.

Strong proficiency in Go programming, Linux (Ubuntu), and virtualization technologies like KVM and libvirt.

Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure automation (Ansible), and observability platforms (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).

Experienced engineer with a strong foundation in software engineering, virtualized compute infrastructure, and cloud platform operations.

Hands-on expertise combining programming in Go with Linux system administration and virtualization platforms.

Skilled in developing microservices, automation pipelines, and observability for high-availability infrastructure at scale.
