About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions with direct ownership of key machine learning components or features, ensuring production-quality models with high performance.
- Translate research ideas into efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions that impact business outcomes, including creation of reproducible pipelines and workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize production efficiency and contribute to documentation and operational excellence without supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a similar role managing complex technical projects.
- Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), programming languages (Python, C/C++, CUDA), and relevant tools (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related field preferred.
- Experience in moving ML models from research to production considering latency and scalability.

- Experienced in independently owning and delivering advanced machine learning features with a focus on business impact.
- Strong analytical and experimental design skills, capable of presenting results clearly and integrating research into production systems.
