About This Role
- Design and create social media creatives, presentation decks, print collateral, and infographics to communicate impact data effectively to government, NGO, CSR, and school audiences.
- Execute high-volume design requests efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and design quality.
- Manage AI design tools and maintain an organized library of design files and assets for team usage.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of direct experience in visual/graphic design covering social, presentation, and print formats.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, working familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Firefly).
- Experience using AI design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, or similar) as part of regular design workflows.
- Work from office in Gurgaon; specific notice period not mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in EdTech, Development sector, or mission-driven B2B/B2G environments preferred but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented with strong focus on alignment, spacing, color consistency, and design craft alongside creative ideation.
- Capable of managing fast-turnaround and high-volume work while maintaining quality and brand standards, and open to growing ownership within the design team.
