About This Role
- Lead design, development, deployment of scalable, production-ready AI/ML solutions impacting product capabilities and business problems.
- Own and maintain major AI/ML system components; drive research initiatives and implement advanced algorithms with operational impact.
- Coach team members on ML concepts and collaborate cross-functionally on high-impact AI integration projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years experience in AI/ML engineering or similar role managing complex technical projects.
- Proficiency in Python, C/C++, CUDA and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and infrastructure tools (Linux, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field preferred.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years in similar role.

- Experienced in scaling real-time AI/ML systems with strong problem-solving and engineering judgment.
- Able to translate research and papers into production-ready components with a focus on experimentation and scalability.
