About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects across full lifecycle including planning, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Develop and maintain project documentation such as plans, charters, RAID registers, status reports, and governance documents, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, and quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, integration specialists, data teams, testers) and manage stakeholder communication and governance forums with senior leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–8 years of project delivery experience with strong ERP implementation background.
- Demonstrated successful delivery of at least one end-to-end ERP implementation project.
- Experience with major ERP platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle phases and project governance practices (RAID management, delivery reporting).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-disciplinary ERP implementation teams across functional and technical domains.
- Skilled in stakeholder management including senior executives and governance bodies, comfortable driving decision-making and accountability.
- Background in consulting, systems integration, or enterprise transformation environments is preferred for greater strategic and operational fit.
