About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and data integration workflows for measuring engineering productivity.
- Build and optimize APIs (GraphQL, REST via FastAPI) to serve data and integrate with internal and external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure data integrity, security, and performance at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong experience building ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, tuning) and MongoDB (document design, indexing).
- Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks; familiarity with asynchronous Python programming.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large datasets with a focus on data modeling, database best practices, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams within a data-driven, developer productivity measurement context.
- Skilled in problem-solving and debugging complex data pipelines and APIs, with exposure to cloud deployment environments (OpenShift/AWS/Azure/GCP) considered a plus.
