About This Role
- Support deployment and stabilization of digital manufacturing capabilities at global sites, including knowledge transfer and risk escalation.
- Provide deep expertise in manufacturing systems/processes (MES, scheduling, sensing, performance management) to define requirements and guide solution development.
- Contribute across innovation lifecycle phases: requirements, MVP development, validation, scaling, ensuring compliance and alignment to manufacturing needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-13 years work experience with a Doctorate/Master's/Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing or related manufacturing systems roles.
- Expertise in at least one domain: MES (e.g., Körber PAS-X), finite scheduling/planning (e.g., SAP PP/DS, S/4HANA), manufacturing data/sensing, or performance management.
- Strong understanding of GxP, validation, data integrity, and compliance requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex manufacturing processes into structured system/digital requirements in regulated environments.
- Comfortable acting as a bridge between manufacturing SMEs and technical teams, ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and scalable.
- Proficient in modern product management and iterative delivery practices, able to collaborate globally across diverse teams and time zones.
