About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes using Databricks, Python, PySpark, and Scala.
- Ensure data quality, implement data governance, and handle data security and privacy measures on cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Architects, Business SMEs, and Data Scientists to deliver scalable data solutions and support business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in Databricks, Python, PySpark, Scala, and strong SQL skills with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience or familiarity with big data frameworks such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka; working knowledge of AWS cloud data services preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to own and deliver data pipeline projects managing scope, timelines, and technical risks.
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-geographic teams designing scalable data architecture and integration solutions.
