About This Role
- Develop and execute test strategies and processes for Marvell switch platform features across multiple SDK and NOS solutions.
- Create and automate test cases using Python, review test results, maintain test documentation, and report bugs in Jira.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in peer reviews, and integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines improving test coverage and quality assurance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3-10 years of professional experience in relevant domain.
- Strong understanding of switch Layers (L1-L4) networking, Ethernet switching architectures, and packet forwarding.
- Proficiency in Python automation (Pytest, Robot Framework), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub CI), Linux shell scripting, source control (Git), and issue tracking (Jira).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in test strategy, QA process definition, SDK-level and embedded systems testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance.
- Knowledgeable with switch SDKs, Switch Abstraction Interface (SAI), hardware abstraction layers, and SDK-to-driver interactions.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-site teams managing CI/CD workflows and continuous quality monitoring.
