About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable Java-based reporting and analytics solutions for a greenfield project, including build-vs-buy analysis and POCs.
- Architect solutions using Java, Angular, and related technologies, following SDLC best practices, and drive adoption of GenAI and AI-assisted development across design, coding, review, and testing.
- Mentor engineering talent, manage stakeholder communication, proactively address project risks, and promote agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–14 years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs).
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and leading high-performing teams in a global environment.
- Working knowledge of additional languages/frameworks such as Python and SQL.
- Practical experience applying GenAI/AI tools in development, testing, or automation.
