About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations including invoice processing, approvals, reconciliations, and payments across India, UK, and US entities.
- Ensure 100% compliance with GST, TDS, UK VAT, and US sales/use tax laws and accurate accounting during AP operations.
- Drive process standardisation and automation leveraging AP automation tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in multinational/shared services setups.
- Strong technical knowledge of AP compliance for India, UK, and US including GST, TDS, UK VAT, and US sales/use tax.
- Proficiency in ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multinational Accounts Payable with operational control across India, UK, and US jurisdictions.
- Process-driven and detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with automation in finance functions and cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Treasury, and Tax teams.
