Proficient in using legal e-billing platforms (e.g., Legal Tracker, CounselLink, TyMetrix) and advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration with claims, legal, finance, and operations teams to enhance billing processes and legal cost management.
