About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain management reports and dashboards to communicate KPIs, data insights, and trends across business units.
- Implement automated report generation processes and visualization methodologies to improve efficiency and timeliness.
- Lead advanced data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and drive data quality and governance for liquidity and payments reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Deep experience in intraday liquidity, payments, treasury, or cash management with ability to translate business, risk, and regulatory needs into data outcomes.
- Strong data management expertise including data ownership, governance, quality controls, lineage, reconciliation, and metadata.
- Advanced analytical skills with SQL, data modeling, and modern BI tools for KPI definition and complex data issue investigation.
- Location Requirement: Based in Pune. Work Experience Required: Senior/Subject-matter expert level experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in analyzing intraday positions, payment flows, nostro accounts, thresholds, exceptions, and liquidity risk across multiple currencies.
- Familiar with near-real-time data technologies such as APIs, event streams/Kafka, and integration with microservices and operational analytics platforms.
- Capable of stakeholder leadership across Business, Operations, Risk, and Technology with skills in shaping requirements, challenging assumptions, and driving data remediation to completion.
