About This Role
- Create, script, shoot, and appear on camera for short-form video content on Instagram and TikTok targeting student audiences.
- Own and execute the Instagram and TikTok content strategy using audience insights, trends, and platform algorithms to drive engagement and growth.
- Track, report, and improve content performance metrics including reach, views, engagement, watch time, and follower growth.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on social media/content creation experience.
- Comfortable and confident being on camera for short-form video creation on Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content formats, algorithms, and performance metrics.
- Location: Pune, required 5 days Work From Office.

- Experience being the face or primary creator of a social media account or content series with measurable audience impact.
- Ability to ideate original content that aligns with student, Gen Z, and internet culture for engagement.
- Organized and skilled in managing content calendars, performance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
