Coordinate network-related issues and maintain network documentation and operational procedures across enterprise environments.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 9 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering discipline.
Experience with enterprise routing & switching, wireless infrastructure, Aruba ClearPass/CPPM including 802.1X, RADIUS, and network protocols such as VLAN, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS.
Preferred certifications include CCNA/CCNP, Aruba, or ClearPass.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex enterprise network infrastructures involving Aruba/HP switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
Proficient in troubleshooting Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity and network performance issues with strong operational handling of network security policies.
Strong coordination skills to work with internal teams, OEMs, and ISPs for issue resolution and network optimizations.
