Experience in at least one additional large middleware platform (IBM MQ Appliance/distributed clusters, Kafka Confluent Platform).
Knowledge of BFSI compliance standards, risk management for systems, and ITIL v4 Certification.
Experienced in managing enterprise-scale Middleware platforms with strong technical proficiency in infrastructure design, automation (Python, Bash, Ansible), and troubleshooting at level 3 production support.
Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor interactions for problem resolution, system upgrades, and capacity planning in complex environments including cloud integrations (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Capable of developing long-term infrastructure plans to prevent recurrence of issues and implementing governance aligned with BFSI risk and compliance frameworks.
