Proven experience leading large teams and managers in a global, matrixed environment.
Strong ERP and reporting skills; Oracle experience preferred.
Experienced in managing complex, cross-geography accounting teams and serving as a liaison between offshore and U.S. Controllership leadership.
Demonstrated capability to lead AI and automation initiatives that transform and improve accounting processes.
Strategic influencer with strong business partnering skills, able to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively across multiple leadership levels.
