About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 accounting professionals across General Accounting, Capital/Fixed Assets Accounting, and Cash Accounting functions.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities with functional accountability for journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and deliver higher-value business insights.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional qualification such as CA, CA Inter, CPA preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience including General Accounting, Capital/Fixed Assets, Cash Accounting, shared services, or controllership operations.
- Proven experience leading large teams and managers in a global, matrixed environment.
- Strong ERP and reporting skills; Oracle experience preferred.
