About This Role
- Own design and implementation of algorithmic solutions related to machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision, including model development, validation, and deployment to production.
- Define problem statements and metrics for model performance, conduct feasibility studies considering business data and constraints.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and business partners to build scalable, high-performance algorithmic products and mentor junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software design, development, and algorithmic solutions.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Scala with experience in distributed and large-scale systems.
- Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and big-data processing for applications such as targeting, personalization, and optimization.

- Experienced in designing and deploying scalable ML pipelines and backend APIs in data-driven systems.
- Skilled in optimization, simulation, and statistical modeling applied to real-world business problems.
