Experience with Scrum or SAFe methodologies and backlog management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Experience working onsite at Chevron’s Bengaluru office; work hours aligned with 8 AM-5 PM or 1:30 PM-10:30 PM IST.
Has at least 1 year of field experience in Drilling, Completions, or Workovers and understands well construction design and execution workflows.
Demonstrates strong skills in translating business needs into clear software backlog items and delivering digital solutions within Agile environments.
Experienced with digital tools and software used on rig/frac sites, SQL databases, API integrations, and familiar with engineering design processes related to oilfield operations.
