Experienced in coordinating complex, multi-team Salesforce release processes involving multiple stakeholders and technology platforms within Agile frameworks.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent releases, dependencies, and competing priorities effectively.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholder communication, lead incident resolution, and drive risk management across enterprise release cycles.
