About This Role
- Lead and develop the Agentic AI engineering team, including setting goals, coaching, performance management, and ownership allocation.
- Take end-to-end ownership of significant technical areas of the shared Agentic AI platform, including design, implementation, and operation.
- Collaborate across product engineering, architecture, cloud platform, security, and product management to deliver reusable platform capabilities adopted company-wide.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar, with focus on designing, building, and operating reliable production systems.
- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams with coaching and performance feedback responsibilities.
- Experience building platforms, APIs, or shared services used by multiple teams with sound judgement on abstractions and operational aspects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing or building production AI systems using large language models or agentic workflows, with practical understanding of limitations and risks.
- Capable of balancing platform coherence with legitimate product/domain differences and making clear technical trade-offs.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a global organization to influence architecture, security, compliance, and delivery decisions.
