About This Role
- Develop and deliver end-to-end data pipeline solutions on cloud infrastructure using modern technologies.
- Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable data architectures with zero downtime releases.
- Support data products throughout their lifecycle including production, incident management, and performance monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Professional hands-on experience as a data engineer.
- Proficiency in Python coding and designing/implementing various test types (unit, integration, end-to-end).
- Experience with cloud technologies, distributed systems, data transformation frameworks, and pipeline orchestration tools.
- Formal training or certification in data engineering concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working with large data volumes, optimizing data processing, and event-based architecture including data streaming and messaging.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, prioritizing across multiple work streams, and coaching team members on coding/design best practices.
- Familiarity with regulated industry environments, AWS cloud, data governance, incremental data processing, and RESTful APIs is a plus.
