About This Role
- Perform both manual and automated testing on client projects with guidance and mentoring from senior staff.
- Collaborate with Tech Project Lead and developers to agree testing scope, produce test cases, logs, and evidence for sign-off.
- Include security testing and careful handling of client test data as part of the regular QA process.
Minimum Requirements
- Solid understanding of manual testing fundamentals including test case design and defect lifecycle.
- Basic scripting skills in any language and exposure to at least one automation tool (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman) and basic SQL knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent demonstrable self-taught ability).

- Early career individual with practical testing experience from study, personal projects, or coursework rather than professional experience.
- Comfortable working under mentoring and growing automation skills deliberately within a team environment.
