About This Role
- Contribute as part of an agile scrum team implementing test-driven development and automation for logistics software solutions.
- Drive software engineering best practices focusing on security, performance, scalability, and integration across CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complex software with strong emphasis on automation, microservices testing, and continuous improvement through emerging technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years experience in software testing, automation, or development roles, preferably SDET/QA Automation Engineer.
- Strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript and proficiency in automation tools like Karate, Playwright, RestAssured.
- Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases, CI/CD tools (BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle), and Git source control.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in testing microservices architectures and building/validating RESTful APIs in cloud environments (GCP, AWS).
- Proficient in integrating automated tests into pipelines and using AI-powered IDEs for fast test development.
- Knowledgeable in supply chain/logistics domain with additional skills in containerized testing (Docker, Kubernetes) and performance/load testing tools.
