About This Role
- Lead and mentor software development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
- Drive architectural decisions and design scalable, maintainable distributed systems using .NET technologies, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives and manage Agile processes such as sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development including C#, WPF, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, and SQL Server.
- Proven experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, SOLID principles, and database design.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-based deployments (Azure/AWS).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting scalable, high-performance distributed systems and microservices.
- Skilled in driving Agile development processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps.
- Background in Windows applications, complex SQL querying, and integration of event-driven architectural components.
