About This Role
- Develop scalable applications and deliver medium complexity modules on time meeting functional, quality, and performance requirements.
- Understand and research unfamiliar code bases; propose innovative solutions to business problems.
- Work effectively within Agile Scrum processes maintaining high-quality standards on all deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any STEM-related program.
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience with both frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as C# .Net, Java, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, C/C++, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Good understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, OOPS, and Database concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in Agile environments, familiar with Scrum, XP, Business Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery.
- Capability to handle ambiguous or undefined problems and think abstractly with minimal guidance.
- Demonstrates ownership and a strong interest in innovation through software development.
