Proficient in Agile coaching, servant leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile metrics analysis to support continuous improvement.
Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), SAFe certifications (CSM, SSM), and experience in complex project management settings preferred.
