About This Role
- Lead and coach cross-functional Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, track Agile metrics, and drive continuous improvement for team-level Agile execution.
- Support Product Owner and maintain Agile team effectiveness, ensuring transparency, team autonomy, and adherence to the Definition of Done.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years in Agile delivery, project management, or Scrum Master roles with at least 5 years facilitating Agile teams in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Agile delivery practices, and experience supporting Data, Analytics, BI, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in Agile/project management; 5+ years facilitating enterprise Agile teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large, globally distributed enterprise Agile environments involving Data, Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in Agile coaching, servant leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile metrics analysis to support continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), SAFe certifications (CSM, SSM), and experience in complex project management settings preferred.
