Design, develop, and optimize scalable ServiceNow solutions focusing on CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and ITSM modules to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
Lead integrations and automations between ServiceNow and external systems, managing lifecycle of Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Provide technical leadership including code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with architects, platform owners, and stakeholders to deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience including Java scripting, integrations, and ITSM configurations.
Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, platform integrations (APIs, data imports, third-party tools).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory; ITIL v3 or v4 certification required.
Location: Bangalore; familiarity with cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure; semiconductor industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Deep expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, and ITSM processes with strong coding and integration skills.
Experienced in managing complex enterprise ServiceNow implementations and capable of providing technical leadership.
Familiar with ITIL best practices and certified in ServiceNow modules beyond CSA (e.g., CIS-Discovery, CIS-ITSM) for broader platform knowledge.
