2-4+ years of experience in Material Compliance with expertise in major regulations (RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, EU WFD, Prop 65, EU Pop, PFAS, TSCA).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI), project management tools and experience with supplier management.
Work Experience Required: 2-4+ years in Material Compliance
Experienced in managing complex global supplier ecosystems and material compliance initiatives across multiple regions.
Operates effectively in cross-functional and cross-regional environments with proven negotiation and stakeholder influence skills.
Technically adept, familiar with compliance audits, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing (preferred).
