About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of strategic software solutions addressing business problems in Business Banking.
- Analyze and enhance systems and applications, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements with modern development practices.
- Provide technical leadership and support release, deployment, and troubleshooting activities in a geographically dispersed team.
Minimum Requirements
- 16+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience with BIAN architecture and Microservices Architecture.
- Proficiency in .NET Core, React JS, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, Python REST, GraphQL, and API Development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in high-level solution architecture and cloud platforms, especially AWS.
- Skilled in source control (GitHub), build/deployment tools (GitHub Actions), and databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS Aurora.
- Knowledgeable in TDD, monitoring tools (Observe, Prometheus, Grafana), AI-powered engineering tools, and secure coding practices.
