About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day delivery and quality of soft facility services including housekeeping, cafeteria, pest control, and waste management.
- Manage vendor performance, SLAs/KPIs, vendor manpower, and compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate facility management soft-services staff and vendors; prepare operational reports and support budget monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree/diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality, Administration, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in facilities management, workplace management, hospitality, or similar environment with a focus on soft services.
- Experience managing housekeeping, cafeteria/pantry, pest control, waste management, vendor, and manpower management.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; facility management systems preferred.
