About This Role
- Own and evolve core content infrastructure tools across the Content Operations organization, ensuring new functionality supports internal and external content needs.
- Manage product lifecycle including strategy, design, business requirements, feature trade-offs, release scheduling, and stakeholder feedback to drive operational adoption and innovation.
- Define and report KPIs to measure tool effectiveness, lead transformational projects, and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of financial markets and operations expertise with success in data operations and management.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with proven talent development track record.
- Proficiency in coding (Python, SQL), use of AI agents, and expert user of Microsoft and LSEG products/tools.
