About This Role
- Own resolution of customer-reported issues and bugs in the Identity product through quality code development and debugging.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and occasionally customers on Level 3 support escalations to deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and enhance Java/J2EE based UI components and REST web services, ensuring code quality and product supportability.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years professional experience in enterprise software development, preferably in Java/J2EE environments.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript UI technologies (JSF, ExtJS, AngularJS/Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX), and REST-based web services.
- Experience with multiple OS (Windows Server, Linux, AIX, Solaris) and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2).
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years; Work Location: Pune, India with hybrid 2-3 days onsite/week.

- Strong track record in debugging complex issues and interfacing with multiple technical groups including customer interaction.
- Proficient in developing and integrating enterprise-grade Java/J2EE components and RESTful services with focus on quality and maintainability.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in fast-paced teams with a focus on support escalation resolution and software lifecycle processes.
