About This Role
- Lead daily automotive software simulation testing and failure triage, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely closure of critical issues.
- Perform root cause analysis using logs, traces, and other diagnostic data to isolate software or system failures and identify culprit changelists (CLs) via bisection.
- Develop Python automation tools and apply Agentic AI workflows to improve failure investigation, evidence correlation, and triage efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Tech. or equivalent degree in CS, CE, ECE, EEE, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in automotive software testing, simulation validation, and failure triage.
- Strong hands-on expertise in HIL/SIL, ADAS validation (L2-L4), root cause analysis, advanced Python scripting, and bisection using Git and CI/CD.
- Experience leading small to mid-sized teams and coordinating across software, simulation, validation, and infrastructure stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced automotive simulation testing and failure triage for ADAS and automated driving software stacks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and manage quality programs involving multi-disciplinary teams and complex workflows.
- Familiar with applying AI workflows for automated root cause analysis and strong technical skills with Python, Git-based bisection, and CI/CD in fast-paced software validation environments.
