About This Role
- Own and govern end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&OP, MRP, and related supply chain planning processes globally for the Battery Energy Storage System business.
- Lead the deployment, optimization, and adoption of SAP IBP and related planning technologies across global operations, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Drive planning process excellence, transformation initiatives, governance, KPIs, and executive performance insights to support supply chain resiliency and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10-12 years of progressive supply chain experience focusing on planning processes, systems, and transformations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading SAP IBP deployments, implementations, or large-scale optimization initiatives.
- Proven experience implementing and governing MRP processes within SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep expertise in integrated supply chain planning disciplines including IBP, S&OP, demand, supply, inventory, and MRP within complex manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing global, cross-functional stakeholder groups and leading change management for large-scale SAP IBP and planning process transformations.
- Strong strategic orientation toward building scalable global planning operating models aligned with business growth and operational maturity.
